I co-founded Lima Coffee Co. in search of something meaningful and close to my heart. When I learned how the green coffee distribution system worked, I saw a mission: to connect the people behind production with those who enjoy the cup.

My goal is to showcase the quality, history, and hard work of Mexican coffee farmers, delivering a coffee experience that is clean, ethical, and culturally rich.
