The favorable climate  and altitude in Puebla, combined with rich volcanic soil, created ideal  conditions for coffee cultivation. Today, Puebla is an up-and-coming coffee producing area in  Mexico. The state's coffee farms are known for their dedication to  sustainable and organic farming practices, producing high-quality beans  that are a single origin delight.

The majority of our coffee plants are a mature Typica  variety.  

In our harvest, they create a smooth well-balanced flavor profile with a medium body and a pleasant aroma.

 Our beans are exclusively sourced from a small community in Tlatlauqitepec. Among the farms, our family-owned farm, Rancho Santa  Fe, holds a special place. Established in 1950 and with 70 years of  heritage, our commitment lies in reliable and approachable coffee. We focus on quality,sustainability, traceability, and paying above local market prices at origin, ensuring  every cup reflects our genuine dedication to authentic, responsibly  sourced green coffee.
